On Thursday, October 24th, the second edition of the Scientific Café organized by the Biocluster NL was held.
This time, Dr. Martha Guerrero of ATCAE and Dr. Carlos Amaya from FCB-UANL were invited as exponents.
The topic covered in this edition was Enzymes as an Additive in the food industry: development, market and applications
The event was held at Pabellón Tec, attended by FCB researchers from UANL, Tecnológico de Monterrey and students interested in the subject.
At the end of the exhibition, the attendees and the exhibitors were free to exchange ideas and opinions.
